The rooms are warm and cozy, equipped with toiletries and a hairdryer. Each room comes with a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The location is great, being close to the train station.

The bathroom in our room was quite bad as several tiles on the floor were broken. I did report it to the receptionist but she didn't seem to care. We had to wear shoes every time we went into the bathroom so that we didn't cut our feet.

It was a very unpleasurable stay. The bed linens were dirty, the bed was uncomforable, the rugs were nasty. The place smelled of Curry. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

The staff here is really friendly and the location is great.

It was affordable and clean. No frills breakfast. Ample internet signal. Very comfortable beds.

A bit of a noise issue in the morning. The decor was a bit drab and the waiting room was very small.

Location: the hotel was near to restaurants, a taxi which came within 20 minutes, and the convenience store and restaurants. We had early meal in Mcdonald's, based nearby...

This place has a great location, just a 15-minute drive from the airport in a lovely neighborhood, with very nice and friendly staff.

Decor very tired and dirty

The staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and fully stocked with toiletries and everything I'd need. The wifi connectivity was also very good.

My first suspicion arose when I was greeted by the manager behind a thick pane of bulletproof glass. The carpet and facilities in the hallways are in desperate need of repair/replacement. My door had a fist- shaped dent on the outside (rm 131). The rear door entrance didn't work. The outside of the building could use some cosmetic attention. Overall, the outside conditions did not match the inside of the room. I also didn't know that West Haven was as rough as it was, which I know is not the hotels fault.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a really great stay on road trip. The location was marvellous and ideal, 15 minutes' walk to the center. The staff were very nice and friendly all the time.

That was recently refurbished and nice hotel set in peaceful area, near near by restaurants, a marina, and an industrial area. Fairly quiet room with microwave and toiletries, for example, the staff was willing to help. Everything was great during our stay nevertheless disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom. The staff were very very nice, you should know it.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Service was fair. Comp breakfast was not appealing. The motel needs a major upgrade! I have stayed at Super 8 motels around the country and this was not up to the standards I have grown accustomed with. I don't know if anyone will read this survey, but the experience was not up to par with my previous stays with Super 8.

1 bedlight unplugged. Worse, bathroom light not working. Rm. #212 It would occasionally turn on (one time in 15-20. Not good to shower without light.
